The End

Sad news to report that Press Gazette has closed its doors. The staff were informed on Friday evening after the trade mag for journalists failed to find a buyer. Having worked with Press Gazette recently on /Discuss Journalism (its partnership with AOL) I want to wish all the staff I worked with the best of luck at finding new employment.
It's ridiculous that journalists will no longer have a trade magazine- what's the odds on some of the now redundant staff hitting the start-up road. After-all if anyone knows the industry-it's them!
